When you need the protection a pair of wellies provide from water, mud, slush, snow and everything else nature can throw at you but want the comfort and versatility of a walking boot, our WVSport Country Boots are the answer.

Now in this insulated version, built to withstand harsh weather conditions and freezing temperatures up to -22° / -7.6 Fahrenheit.

The fit is slightly wider with a rounded toe box with a little more height. You have more room to move your toes and to allow for a thick walking sock.

The rubber injection outsoles are designed with grip, traction, braking, and stability areas. They have an open tread. When it is super muddy, they will not clog up and will be easy to hose or scrape down at the end of a long walk.

You can put these boots through their paces and depend on them for reliability with outsoles that have been ballistic welded onto the uppers, so they will not part easily. The uppers have been created with abrasion and scuff resistant Lyliane 3DMX and Cordura materials. The construction is water-resistant so will protect you and keep your feet dry in most situations. You cannot wear these in running water, deep puddles or deep snow for extended periods of time.

Where these boots come into their own is their all-day comfort. They sit snugly but comfortably on your lower calf, thanks to the soft, stretchy knitted back panel that does not dig in or rub. The outsoles are not heavy and have a nice flex, so they are different to a pair of wellie boots. They are more like wearing a pair of sturdy trainers that you can wear for long distances. Your feet walk on recycled removable cushioned anatomic insoles. The patented Support System supports your ankles.

WVSport models are designed and produced in the foothills of the Dolomite Hills, Italy.

Each model is created using CAD design technology that simulates the different phases of the walking experience.

WVS use advanced components and construction methods to create the models, like Vibram soles and a patented Support System which means the fit is always comfortable and secure.

Development samples are lab tested for days for their abrasion resistance, durability and water resistance. New models can take months, sometimes years, to develop.

The factory features one of the largest photovoltaic plants in Italy, which means that 70% of the power used to produce WVSport footwear is from solar.
As well as working under EU employment, discrimination and health & safety law, the factory has a Charter of Human Responsibilities (or Code of Ethics), which helps ensure the company is committed to respecting its employees' rights, work, and dignity.

For sourcing the materials to create each model, WVS work with the factory using a traceability system that enables us to trace back every step in the production process to know what WVS use and where it has come from.

Care info

WVS use high-quality vegan leathers and suedes to make their footwear. You should find your purchase requires little attention to keep looking as good as new.
The vegan footwear does not spoil or stain when it gets wet. It performs well in wet and muddy conditions. Unlike leather or suede, WVS materials do not spoil or mark even when in contact with road salt and snow slush in winter.
Footwear is easy to clean. Here are some general cleaning instructions:

Vegan leather uppers
Clean the uppers and outsoles with warm soapy water and a cloth or brush. 
Dry down thoroughly with a towel.
Polish can be used to bring out a shine and return the colour. Any synthetic product should work just fine. Apply as described in the instructions.
If your footwear has a burnished effect on the toes and sides (we apply a darker polish to some of our brown vegan leather uppers for effect) this is best reapplied by a cobbler or it can be done at home by using a darker shade of polish around the toes and sides of the footwear.
You can treat the uppers with a waterproofing spray to improve durability, stain resistance and water resistance.
We recommend doing this every 2-3 months with our waterproof products, depending on usage.
Do not let your footwear stay damp between wears (especially inside the boots), as this can damage the water resistance and create an environment for microbes to develop in the footwear, which can cause a smell to develop. 
If this happens, thoroughly dry the footwear and use a footwear deodoriser until the smell stops. In extreme cases, you may need to wash out the insides of the footwear with warm soapy water. Once you have done this, thoroughly dry them out and apply the footwear deodoriser.
You can dry your footwear directly on top of a radiator or near to another heat source. Depending on the heat source, it can take a few days to dry out the inside of our footwear completely.
Do not wash in the washing machine.

Vegan suede uppers
Wait until dry, then brush with a suede brush or something similar. 
You can clean with warm, soapy water and a cloth or brush for more extreme cases. 
Dry down the uppers with a towel.
You should not expect water marks as the material does not mark or stain like conventional suede when wet.
You can treat the uppers with a waterproofing spray to improve durability, stain resistance and water resistance.
We recommend doing this every 2-3 months with our waterproof products, depending on usage.

Delivery

Unless your item is made to order, our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected the next working day.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer depending on where you and the brand is based. We are unable to control whether there are postal strikes or other factors that may affect delivery time.

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. Please note that if you have ordered from more than one brand, orders may arrive separately. All tracking info will be sent once items have been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return free of charge. You have a 14 days from receiving order to inform us of your wish to return, and then a further 14 days from the day you notify us to send back the item/s.

For exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and make a separate purchase. However, if you have further questions you can contact us on hello@another-now.com and we will do our best to help.
