RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our aim is to provide your with your garments with the least environmental impact as possible. We therefore seek to lower the additional shipping impact of returning goods.
Every care has been taken to choose the brands and pieces we sell and ensure they are good quality. We also seek to give you, our customers as much information about each garment as possible, in the hope that when you receive your items, you love them as much as we do.
We do, however understand that from time to time things might not be quite what you expected. We get it, & we agree it's best to return for re-sale, than items being unloved or unworn.
Under the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered.

Another Now will issue a refund for the return of full priced merchandise with the following conditions:- Your return request must be received within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. The return must be received within 28 days from the date you received your shipment
- All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached
- Briefs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Bras can be returned unworn, with tags on
- Swimwear can be returned if the protective linings are still in place and tags are still on
- Socks and tights can be returned or exchanged if they are not removed from their packets
- Jewellery can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn
- Custom made products cannot be refunded
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
- Another Now may refuse any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. (Damaged goods will be returned to you at your cost)
- Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check. We aim to process the refund within 24 hours of your return being approved, and will be issued in original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund
- Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the delivered item is faulty or incorrect.
You have the right to cancel your order until the order has been dispatched. If you wish to do this, please email hello@another-now.com with the order number asap.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return following the returns procedures detailed above.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately on the details below if the item is damaged or incorrect, so that we can investigate and put things right.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?- email us on returns@another-now.com with your order number and email, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive a confirmation email & free post shipping label/QR code once your return request is approved. Please note this can take up to 48 hours
- Drop off your return at a Royal Mail postbox or Post Office
- Notification of refund will be sent once your return has been inspected, and approved
