Now, in response to customer demand, WVS are offering a Wide Fit model that combines the rugged durability of our original with the extra room and comfort of an EE width fitting. Our standard fit models have a D width fitting, already slightly wider than most brands, while these wide fit versions provide even more room for enhanced comfort. Whether you’re trekking the trails or handling a busy day on your feet, these boots are designed to support you every step of the way.

Vegan leather uppers

Clean the uppers and outsoles with warm soapy water and a cloth or brush.

Dry down thoroughly with a towel.

Polish can be used to bring out a shine and return the colour. Any synthetic product should work just fine. Apply as described in the instructions.

If your footwear has a burnished effect on the toes and sides (WVS apply a darker polish to some of thei brown vegan leather uppers for effect) this is best reapplied by a cobbler or it can be done at home by using a darker shade of polish around the toes and sides of the footwear.

You can treat the uppers with a waterproofing spray to improve durability, stain resistance and water resistance.

WVS recommend doing this every 2-3 months with their waterproof products, depending on usage.

Do not let your footwear stay damp between wears (especially inside the boots), as this can damage the water resistance and create an environment for microbes to develop in the footwear, which can cause a smell to develop.

If this happens, thoroughly dry the footwear and use a footwear deodoriser until the smell stops. In extreme cases, you may need to wash out the insides of the footwear with warm soapy water. Once you have done this, thoroughly dry them out and apply the footwear deodoriser.

Delivery

Unless your item is made to order, our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected the next working day.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer depending on where you and the brand is based. We are unable to control whether there are postal strikes or other factors that may affect delivery time.

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. Please note that if you have ordered from more than one brand, orders may arrive separately. All tracking info will be sent once items have been dispatched.
