These classic Brogue Boots are made from 69% bio-based vegan leather and lined with two types of soft vegan suede, creating a lovely place to nestle your feet. 
The rubber soles are durable and provide a good grip.

  • Long and strong laces made from recycled polyester with three sets of lace hooks, wear these un-done or laced to the top.
  • Embroidered WVS pull-on tab large enough to fit your finger through.
  • Deep squishy recycled insoles.
  • Solid rubber and recycled rubber mix outsoles. 

Made in Portugal. This product is certified carbon-neutral. Vegan & Cruelty free. All of Wills Vegan Store products are registered with the Vegan Society and are embossed with their trademark. They are also PETA approved. 

Materials and Fabrics info Most of Will's footwear and accessories are made from Italian bio-based vegan leather made from plants (cereal crops).
The latest version contains 69% bio-oil and a viscose (a natural material from eucalyptus trees) backing fabric.
This material does have 31% polyurethane in its composition, so there is still some plastic. Because of the nature of the material, it is not biodegradable, but it is recyclable. With WVS you can also use their return to recycle service when this product's at its end of life. None of their products use PVC or PFCs.

WVS are always looking for even more sustainable alternatives. Materials such as Pinatex, apple, or mushroom leather still come with challenges (such as PU coatings). They are constantly researching and looking out for new developments across the globe and hope that  time, and technology will provide more breakthroughs.

Care info

Vegan leather uppers

Clean the uppers and outsoles with warm soapy water and a cloth or brush.

Dry down thoroughly with a towel.

Polish can be used to bring out a shine and return the colour. Any synthetic product should work just fine. Apply as described in the instructions.

If your footwear has a burnished effect on the toes and sides (WVS apply a darker polish to some of the brown vegan leather uppers for effect) this is best reapplied by a cobbler or it can be done at home by using a darker shade of polish around the toes and sides of the footwear.

You can treat the uppers with a waterproofing spray to improve durability, stain resistance and water resistance.

WVS recommend doing this every 2-3 months with their waterproof products, depending on usage.

Do not let your footwear stay damp between wears (especially inside the boots), as this can damage the water resistance and create an environment for microbes to develop in the footwear, which can cause a smell to develop.

If this happens, thoroughly dry the footwear and use a footwear deodoriser until the smell stops. In extreme cases, you may need to wash out the insides of the footwear with warm soapy water. Once you have done this, thoroughly dry them out and apply the footwear deodoriser.

You can dry your footwear directly on top of a radiator or near to another heat source. Depending on the heat source, it can take a few days to dry out the inside of our footwear completely.

Do not wash in the washing machine.

Vegan suede uppers

Wait until dry, then brush with a suede brush or something similar.

You can clean with warm, soapy water and a cloth or brush for more extreme cases.

Unless your item is made to order, our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return free of charge. You have a 14 days from receiving order to inform us of your wish to return, and then a further 14 days from the day you notify us to send back the item/s.
