Our scarves are made using TENCEL, an eco-friendly fibre produced from sustainable eucalyptus tree farms. This naturally sourced material starts with wood pulp and is transformed into one of the softest fabrics you'll ever feel.
Every five minutes, 10,000 fashion items end up in landfill. Our scarves are 100% biodegradable - when you're finished with yours, simply compost it, or send it back to us and we'll manage the waste responsibly.
Unless your item is made to order, our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected the next working day.
Shipping usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer depending on where you and the brand is based. We are unable to control whether there are postal strikes or other factors that may affect delivery time.
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. Please note that if you have ordered from more than one brand, orders may arrive separately. All tracking info will be sent once items have been dispatched.

UK Next Day Delivery: available on request for certain products. Please email us at hello@another-now.com prior to placing order, and we will confirm if it's possible.

You can return free of charge. You have a 14 days from receiving order to inform us of your wish to return, and then a further 14 days from the day you notify us to send back the item/s.
