All of Heiko's garments are designed to be Gender Neutral

All of the tees featured in Heiko's Gaia collection have a relaxed fit. This means they are more loosely fitting than the regular fit tees in their Conscious Collection. If you prefer a slightly oversized fit, we recommend sizing up according to the sizing chart provided below. 

Wash on a cooler cycle 30C , Do not tumble dry, Turn inside out for ironing, (do not iron over the logo)

Unless your item is made to order, our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected the next working day.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer depending on where you and the brand is based. We are unable to control whether there are postal strikes or other factors that may affect delivery time.

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. Please note that if you have ordered from more than one brand, orders may arrive separately. All tracking info will be sent once items have been dispatched.

UK Next Day Delivery: available on request for certain products. Please email us at hello@another-now.com prior to placing order, and we will confirm if it's possible.

You can return free of charge. You have a 14 days from receiving order to inform us of your wish to return, and then a further 14 days from the day you notify us to send back the item/s.

For exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and make a separate purchase. However, if you have further questions you can contact us on hello@another-now.com and we will do our best to help.
