Fanfare label are proud to have total transparency in their supply chain. At the beginning of their journey, they established key relationships with their suppliers and have been with them ever since.
Pieces are made in ethical factories from organic & recycled materials. 90% of Fanfare Label clothes are handcrafted by the team in their East London studio. The remaining 10% is made in Portugal. (The keep hold jeans collection)
They enjoy visiting all their manufacturers, and believe that building lasting strong relationships is key to supporting local craftsmanship. Every item is carefully designed with thorough attention to detail and they work hand-in-hand with their suppliers to combine material innovation with traditional techniques that have stood the test of time.

Portugal
Keep Hold Jeans are ethically made in a GOTs certified factory, which means that it has been checked and audited by this accreditation. The manufacturer is a small, female led and family owed business. They are committed to the highest standards of sustainable manufacturing and constantly implement and improve internal processes to reduce water and energy. They focus on eco-friendly fabrics, accessories and washes and use Ozone and Laser machines to reduce the use of chemicals and the wastewater is purified and reused for other processes in our laundries.
All the production and wash process are done within 50km of each other to save on travel and CO2. Fanfare Label have visited these suppliers and worked with the local washers to understand and check the full process.
Providing jobs for people in their community is also extremely important to Fanfare Label as a brand. They are able to provide jobs for women in their community that support their skills and crafts. This guarantees them a safe work environment and as a minimum, they pay a fair living wage.

Each year on Anti-Slavery Day, they work with human trafficking charities including the International Justice Mission, to help eradicate slavery from fashion supply chains globally.
