PEOPLE
Cossac care about the people who help make their clothes. Working almost exclusively with manufacturers in Portugal -family run, GOTS-certified factories, whom they have built close relationships over many years. These suppliers and factories hold certificates to assure both their commitment to the planet and respect for human rights. Cossac also personally visit their factory partners at least twice per season to see that the processes comply with their ethical standards. This way, they maintain strong connections and open dialogue with the people producing their collections. Below is a breakdown of the woven factory working conditions. On the right are photos of 3 of the workers in this factory.
